Salaam alaykum, Peace be upon you
Just a quick round up
Day 2: This is harder than I thought it would be.ย
I decided to occupy my time by focusing on my goal from my mentor circle (having my website operational by this Sunday! – eep the deadline is looming), and attempting to do a clear out of the living room,
and then when that felt like too much brain engagement I decided to wind my yarn stash into centre pull yarn cakes.
Then in the evening I read on my e-reader.
Day 3: doubt this is related to the no tv thing, but had a scintillating scotoma followed by an awful headache, and slept for the most part of the afternoon, then in the evening I went for a walk (baby free!- thanks hubby x)
Day 4: It’s about 6 am, and I’ve been up for almostย two hours.
๐ ย Hello dawn, how I love to see you.
We’ll see how the rest of today goes, it’s sunny how often tv or movies come up in conversation, I never realised before.
Anyway I just wanted to get these words down. So far I’ve found I have a lot more time in my day, and I’m someone who doesn’t watch that much tv to begin with (well k-drama marathons not with standing) so I didn’t think this would be that challenging, but it is.
Perhaps now, anytime I might normally have switched on a show, i’ll just switch on some recitation…
I’m off to get some breakfast now.
Take care,
Have a lovely day,
Azeezat
